The Live-stream will begin between approximately 10-15 minutes prior to the start of our concert. During the Live-stream you will not be able to navigate back (or forward) in the video. At the conclusion of our presentation; the recording will remain available to watch as many times as you wish for, at least, the next 30 days.

We were “Coming out of the Dark” this March with our Showcase featuring both the full Rainbow Chorale chorus and small and solo acts performing pieces from The Wiz, Pitch Perfect, The Greatest Showman, Wicked and much much more!

Maya Angelou said, “Shine on. Let nothing dim the light that shines from within.” Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. said, “Darkness cannot drive out darkness, only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate, only love can do that.” The LGBTQ+ community has been forced to stay in the darkness for far too long. We are here and we are proud of the impact we make on the world. Our Showcase was inspired by these two quotes and presents music to encourage and uplift. We are boldly stepping out of the darkness and into the light!

The Rainbow Chorale is fully committed to live rehearsing and performance in a safe manner. These are the protocols the Board has decided on:

We strongly encourage members who are feeling unwell to not attend rehearsal or performances as this exacerbates the member’s condition and risks spreading something communicable to other members. For rehearsals, we do our best to provide a video livestream, so that members can follow along during rehearsal.
While we do not require vaccines, we strongly recommend that members be vaccinated, when and where appropriate, for communicable respiratory diseases, including SARS-CoV-2 (Covid), influenza (flu), RSV, pertussis (whooping cough), etc, due to the increased risk of transmission from singing in close proximity. Vaccination is an evidence-based practice shown to protect the individual as well as those around them from contracting communicable illnesses.
Members are welcome to wear masks as they see fit. For performances specifically, if you wear a mask, it should fit the attire theme.
Members are welcome to be socially distanced during rehearsal as they see fit.
The Chorale does what it can to mitigate illness transmission, however the Chorale will not be held liable in the event that members, volunteers, or audience members become ill from directly related activities with the Chorale.
